What I liked
The engineering department was great and I really enjoyed a different engineering experience where I am constantly seeing the same issues occur and we are trying to implement new processes that prevent these issues from reoccurring.
What I wish was different
I wish that the operators had a better mentality for their work instead of always having grim faces and not much enthusiasm.
Advice
It’s a good place to work, enjoyed it a lot, and the only reason I am not returning is that it is not something I personally would like to do full time.
