Engage2Health Associate Consultant

BASIC FUNCTION
Engage2Health is looking for an Associate Consultant to add to its team in Westlake Village, CA. The core focus of this position will be assisting with the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of primary research and/or projects for pharmaceutical/biotechnology clients.

MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

*Report Development and Analysis - Responsible for analyzing, creating and presenting outcomes and post-intervention based client reports ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures
*Analyze healthcare data which may include administrative insurance claims, pharmacy claims, survey data, and biometric screening results to identify key insights and translate them into actionable feedback
*Maintain the operational scope of assigned clients and projects ensuring established timeframes are met
*Responsible for following projects for assigned clients from beginning to end ensuring to communicate progress or setbacks to management
*Create a variety of project deliverables for assigned client's specific needs which may include coordinating with technical resources to ensure client's customizations can be executed
*Review client requests for modifications and timelines ensuring to inform management of any issues that arise that may impact client delivery date
*Participate in validating datasets in an effort to maintain data integrity
*Coordinate with internal technical resources to construct and test products ensuring functionality prior to client implementation
 
*Interface with clients to gather requirements and information for dashboard modifications and feedback
*Develop and produce health-related communications which may include presentations, reports, and manuscripts for distribution to leadership and clients in adherence to established timeframes
*Assist team members with literature reviews and research for studies which may include data retrieval and analysis, or competitive product pipeline information
*Assist with the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of primary research and/or projects for pharmaceutical/biotechnology clients
*Participate in documenting and updating departmental policies and best practices
*Continually keep up-to-date on healthcare dashboard industry trends and technology

Team Interface/Customer Service - Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts

* Cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks
* Provide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations and improves level of service being provided
* Treat all internal/external customers, team members and department contacts with dignity/respect
* Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education 
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with focus on economics, statistics, engineering, public health, public policy, health sciences, natural sciences, business, or a related field is required 
*Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a scientific discipline, public health, business administration, or another relevant area is preferred
Experience 
*Minimum of one year of professional qualitative experience, preferably in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, healthcare providers, managed care organizations or related area is preferred.
Other 
*Strong knowledge of and/or interest in one or more of the following areas: biostatistics, big data, epidemiology, analytic research methods and modeling, healthcare is required 
*Advanced knowledge of MS Excel-based analytics is preferred 
*Intermediate knowledge of a statistical analysis system (SAS) and/or a statistics and data is preferred
