The size and breadth of the Clark organization provides the opportunity for a variety of different assignments beyond the jobsite. Many of Clark departments work along with the project delivery and development teams to further develop our competitive advantage as a market leader. Potential roles include a wide range of exciting positions with departments such as virtual design & construction, research & development, scheduling, safety, sustainability, talent management, finance and more.

Whichever capacity you work in as a Summer Associate, you’ll have real responsibility and make a strategic impact on our business from day one.

In addition to gaining valuable real-world experience, Summer Associates will be given opportunities to meet people throughout the organization through activities such as socials, job tours, intramural sports, and company events. The summer culminates with a capstone project designed to showcase your knowledge of the driving factors behind Clark’s business, while forming lasting bonds with your peers and engaging with company leadership. Start to build your legacy with us!
