Student Research Assistant II - GFLEC
Position Specific Summary: The Global Financial Literacy Excellence Center (GFLEC) is one of the leading research centers on financial literacy and financial capability. GFLEC produces high quality research and studies the impact of financial illiteracy on the individual and society. GFLEC is currently offering a position within the research team and to work directly with Prof. Annamaria Lusardi. The assistant will mainly be responsible for assisting in administrative and research tasks. Other responsibilities may include reviewing and analyzing academic research; creating presentation materials; drafting reports.
Standard Position Description: The student will perform administrative and research tasks with some discretion under direction of faculty member or research coordinator. Tasks may include: assisting with experiments, coding, data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis, preparing research and drafts for articles, reports, and/or presentations. Students may also complete literature reviews, draft summaries, and create graphs and figures. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental/faculty needs.

Required Qualifications: Background in economics or related field, familiarity with research methods, and experience working in econometrics/regression analysis. Ability to use statistical software (STATA proficiency is strongly preferred).
